I am moving out to start a job and am trying to find someone to sub-lease my room in a 4-bed 4-bath apartment complex (you will have private access to your own room and bathroom with shared kitchen). They have great amenities that include: pool, hot tub, gym, bbq grills, volleyball court, fire pit, and a lounge area with pool table and ping-pong. There is a parking spot in a covered garage for $90 extra. It is directly across from CU Boulder East campus, note that this lease ends July 31st. Basic utilities, except for Wifi, are NOT included (the most I ever paid per month was $90). U club on 28th, you can check out their website for more info
About the roomies
I have known my roommates for 2 years, they’re a great group of guys who will be in and out during the summer for trips until our lease ends July 31st (you will likely have the place to yourself for some weeks). Also, a big plus is that our room is on the first floor with a yard next to the driveway, making it easy to unload groceries/belongings
