The College streetcar stops at the corner. I think the walk score is 99 and Omni Mag named the neighbourhood one of the best 5 in the world.

The house: It’s a cheery Victorian, well-appointed, attractively-furnished and professionally cleaned bi-weekly. The kitchen is fully equipped with supplies and devices. House has wifi, air conditioning.

Your room: is an L-shaped room beside the kitchen overlooking an attractive back-yard garden. The patio doors of the room open onto a small private deck (or as private as downtown Toronto offers). You'll also have exclusive use of a bathroom on the ground floor. Bathroom has rain-garden shower-head (the big ones).
