Available Room for Rent
Jennie Kerfstedt
We have a large room in our 3 bedroom apartment available January 1st. The apartment is right next to the Myrtle/Broadway J/M/Z stop with Bushwick on one side and Bedstuy on the other.
Rent is $1200 including utilities. The room has a queen sized bed, a dresser and a large closet.
It could be unfurnished if you prefer that. Easily fits a king sized bed with lots of space left still!
You'd be sharing with me, Jennie and Carl, my other roommate. I work in the restaurant industry and Carl is a sommelier who runs a wine store in Williamsburg. There's also a very friendly cat:)
We hang out and watch shows, cook food and drink wine quite a lot so anyone into that would be a great fit! That said, we never bring the party home and like to have the apartment as a calm, cozy haven to come home to.
