Prime spot in the east village, only downside is the sixth floor walkup. You’d be hard-pressed to find this cheap of rent in this area right now, and it’s one of the few places with a separate family room and kitchen. Huge TV already installed on the wall, big L-shaped couch, table, etc. Need two roommates ASAP to move in by Jan. 1st 2023.
I work long hours and largely spend my time out of the apartment - the two other roommates are not renewing so will have two vacant rooms to fill. Open to living with anyone as long as they respect the shared space and clean up after themselves.
