You would be sharing the apartment with two males in their 30s who work in film & television but keep regular hours, and one female working in real estate. We are very respectful, down to earth and fiscally responsible people, hoping that you're the same! The apartment is beautiful and quite fun at times. Social gatherings happen here and there (but with the proper notice and approval of all roommates).

Upper East side has been getting many more bars, restaurants, foot traffic and nightlife since the Q train opened up.

4,5,6 is very close as well so getting anywhere is incredibly convenient. Central Park is nearby as well as Harlem and East Harlem. If you're a runner, the footbridge to Randall's island is nearby and the loop around the reservoir is close too.

We just ask that you be respectful, communicative, and fiscally responsible (i/e you're paying your rent and bills on time every month). We're pretty understanding, low key and very easy to get along with.
