Chase H - $1,400/month

My name is Chase (Male), originally from Upstate NY (Binghamton area) and just landed a Physical Education teaching job with the DOE starting this September. A little about me: very easy going and goal oriented - with a sense of humor. I like to respect people and their privacy. Not huge into partying but like to drink socially with friends. Hobbies outside of teaching include coaching/watching the sport of Lacrosse, listening to music (live), fly fishing, and hiking/backpacking the Catskill and Adirondack Mountains. Would be a lot of weekends/weeks throughout the year I am out of town on a trip or visiting family Upstate (school breaks and summer). Try to keep things clean and always willing to do something if someone asks in the apartment - just communicate to me.
