This is a 4bed/2.5 baths beautifully decorated shared home, and you are renting one bedroom. The property is situated in a beautiful cul-de-sac with cameras on the front and back of the house.
Get comfortable in the gorgeous master bedroom suite with king size bed, private master bathroom, and walk-in-closet. Be the first to sleep on a brand new king size mattress. It’s $1500 monthly
Two (2) other furnished and one (1) unfurnished bedrooms with brand new carpet share 1.5 bathrooms. It’s $1300 a month for each furnished room, and $1250 for the unfurnished room which is the largest bedroom in the house.
Shared areas include living room, family room, breakfast nook, kitchen, a brand new spacious deck, large backyard, and laundry closet. Electricity, gas, water, garbage pick up, high speed internet are all inclusive.
Roswell is a very sought after suburb on the north side of Atlanta. It has been voted one of the best places to live in Georgia on multiple occasions. Many parks and recreational activities await you. The house is minutes away from GA-400
Monthly professional cleaning for the shared areas. No pets. No smoking or vaping. No large groups, parties, loud music. Remove shoes before navigating the stairs. No shoes on the upper level.
Background check is a must as well as references. First month and security deposit due at signing. One occupant per room. No couples.
