Truong Le
Cozy rooms for rent in a townhouse in a quite neighborhood. Two rooms are available, a smaller 11'4" x 8'8" room and the master bedroom, a huge 15'8" x 12'7" room. The smaller room tenant will share a bathroom with me (see floor plan) while the master bedroom has its own bathroom and walk-in-closet.
The master bedroom rental price is $850 and the smaller room is $650. Utilities are NOT included. All other common areas are shared. Washer/dryer on premises and living room/kitchen areas are furnished.
Ideal roommates are young, responsible professionals that are relaxed and social. You will be joining a 28 year old Asian male who works as an Electrical Engineer and whose hobbies include brazillian jiu jitsu, mma, other sports and video games. I've become good friends with the previous roommates and want to continue this tradition. Either gender welcome.
