I have a 12ft x 12ft room available at $700.00 with just 2 bills! Internet (35)and electricity!(1/2 spilt!) It's month to month or longer no commitment or lease or deposit. It's a 2-2 apartment. Bedrooms are separate from each other with private bathroom and walk in closet. Kitchen, dining and living room are all one stretch rectangular area. Kitchen has a microwave, dishwasher, fridge and stove. Dining area with table. living room area has a couch, fireplace, and TV. The balcony has shelves, chairs, and a utility closet with washer/dryer.
