Been living in this apartment for 4 years with my roommate and partner (ages 25-27). We're all chill, PoC professionals in retail, media, and marketing, and are self-employed artists. We've been living together for 3+ years and have created a cozy space with a wholesome balance of socializing and alone time.
We all cook, prepare meals/leftovers, and occasionally come together for a take out meal. Before quarantine, we rarely saw one another, either at work, WFH, or out in the city biking, volunteering at the pier, and checking out an art exhibition. Home for us is a place to rest, rejuvenate, and work on creative projects.
About my partner and me: We're a stable couple who have been together for 5 years, and prior had been best friends since we were 12 y.o. According to Faith, our third roommate, our presence doesn't take up the apartment space and hanging around us doesn't feel like being an awkward third wheel (we try!).

Looking for a fourth roommate for a sublet (atleast 6 months). It's a 3br apartment in a peaceful neighborhood. The room is cozy and soundproof with high ceilings and a sun window. It's the smallest room in our apt (the bed in the images is a queen). Originally without closet space, room can come furnished with a built in closet, shelves, and wall-mounted folding table with additional space in the hallway closet.
