I am Mitch (34), I am a very kind, nice, funny, respectful, smart, no-drama, quiet cisgender gay man. My room is upstairs in the primary suite with my own private bath so no shares there. The kitchen, laundry, and common areas are shared.. I don’t cook ,so I’m never in the kitchen but to make work lunches, or check the laundry. I’m fine with just being a housemate to share expenses and chat only if you feel up to it; and I’m also down to hang out too. I’m pretty chill. I’m a working professional and I work out of the house 5 days a week from 9am-5pm.When I'm not working, I'm hibernating in my room relaxing and unwinding. I have two parakeets that stay upstairs in my room. You will very rarely ever hear them from downstairs.

I've rented this beautiful well cared 2 bed/2 bath two-level townhome in SW/West Hills for 3 years. My housemate for 2 years is moving away at the end of January. I'm looking to find a new housemate to fill the space and join the lease renewal.
The bedroom and your own full bath are on the main level of the townhome with the living room, fireplace, kitchen, dining area, laundry and storage room, and patio. The patio is quiet and private and faces the forest. Very relaxing! I have basic furniture to fill up the living room. So.....this is a perfect opportunity for someone that may need space for their own furniture. Being on the main floor is great because it's like having your very own 1 bedroom apartment to enjoy the common spaces. So think of it as your own 1 bedroom townhome but you get to split the bills with someone ; )
