I am a professional female sharing a condo-style townhouse close to the Shirlington area (note: this is NOT owner occupied). My roommate is leaving, so I’m in the search of a new professional female roommate.

Our living situation is quiet and peaceful and we are respectful of each other's privacy. I think the key is communication, I appreciate bringing things up and discussing.

The master bedroom is available for rent with a nice walk-in closet. The bathroom is shared. We have a front loading washer and dryer on the bedroom level and it is super convenient to do laundry and get it put away quickly. Parking is FREE in the adjoining lot or street parking. I was very happy living here with my current roommate and a responsive Landlord.

Most appliances are less than 5 years old. There are two levels to the home. We do have a neighbor downstairs but we almost never hear from him.

The neighborhood is great--quiet--and the neighbors are very friendly. There are many opportunities for socializing, it’s very much a community feeling to go along with the beautiful garden-like setting. We are 7 minutes to Reagan National Airport, 2 minutes access to 395, and walking distance to Shirlington Village. Commuting to DC can be as little as 20 minutes.
