It sits halfway up a tall hill in peaceful little gated community. The drive up the hill may be a bit daunting at first, but it's worth it for the views and the peace-of-mind.

Nearby is a Trader Joes, Whole Foods 365, plenty of exciting coffee shops and restaurants and bars (You know, when those are a thing again...)

Preferably looking for longer term, as the lease renews in November.
