A private bedroom will be available starting September 1st in this two-bedroom, one-bath, second story walk up in Queen Village. The apartment contains a front and rear bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and living room and is nearly fully furnished besides the available bedroom (pictured).
The apartment was built in the early 1900s and has retained much of its original character, including hardwood floors, doors, and molding. That said, the hallway and living room floors have a noticeable slant, which the landlord confirms has been reinforced.
In terms of utilities, there is one a/c window unit per bedroom. Gas and electric costs are not included in the rent and can range from $30-$70 depending on time of the year and usage. The apartment is owned and managed by a very flexible and accommodating landlord who lives nearby. There is an additional apartment on the third floor with two other friendly tenants.
