Cleanliness level: average, respectful tidy & quiet for Rommie respect, and expect the same. I have no pets here, Love animals but not real convient here now. Not a lot of social traffic. Like to meet with someone financially secure, employment secure. Bedford neighborhoods are pretty much family based, pretty quiet. No crime!
