If you rent a room in my home, I want you to feel safe,secure, and welcome. Come enjoy my traditionally furnished, 2800 sf, air conditioned home. The 10x12 second floor room, large window, closet, carpet, with an adjacent private full bath, December 1, 2021. Rent $1500/month. An additional person in room would be an extra $700.00.
Use of the following is included in rent: utilities (gas, electric, water, garbage. Cable available, but extra costs), wifi, parking, spacious, cooks dream kitchen with granite countertops and backsplash, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, dual ovens, five burner gas stovetop, microwave, stainless steel sink, and pantry; private backyard with patio; utility room with washer/dryer, formal living room (hardwood) with gas fireplace; formal dining room (hardwood); family room (hardwoods) with gas fireplace.
Proof of COVID19 vaccination and renter's insurance at move in.
