About Me

Hi my name is Julie - I’m 27, currently live in Houston, TX and looking to relocate to Brooklyn (Looking at Bushwick, Crown Heights, Bed Stuy, PLG, Prospect Heights, and surrounding areas). I am a creative/outdoorsy type person and like to spend my free time going to parks and coffee shops, roller skating, and working on various art projects. I work remotely full time (but often go to coffee shops or office space) and working on my masters degree part time. Looking to pay $1550 or less for rent. I have a friendly calico cat who is very well taken care of. My main requirement for a place is that we have a small yard/outdoor space so I can sit outside and get some fresh air with my cat (she loves nothing more than to lay outside on the patio).

As a roommate I am both clean and laid back - I keep to myself when I am busy with school/work/hobbies but also friendly and down to go out dancing, explore the city, or cook a meal for us sometime. :) Hopefully you are also at a place in life where you are relatively mentally/financially stable, responsible, and respectful of others. I envision a cozy, eclectic yet minimal space. I enjoy curating a beautiful space and have a few vintage furniture pieces I may bring with me but we can coordinate on this. Let me know if you think we would vibe as roommates! <3

My maximum monthly budget 1,550
Move in Date Jan 2025
Age 27
Pets Cat
Artist / Creative
Digital Nomad
LGBTQ Friendly

We think Julie would be a great roommate! But in case you want to see more…
