Room available on a beautiful home with the best roommates! Home is in a gated and quiet neighborhood on Windmill and Eastern zip code 89123.

Beautiful landscaping, pool with a tanning shelf, covered patio area, and shared living spaces. In home laundry and parking are also available. Price is all inclusive, utilities, high speed internet, Netflix, Hulu Included. Upstairs and downstairs thermostats for comfort. Camera/Alarm system. No smoking is allowed in the house. No street parking is allowed within the community. Smoking is allowed on back patio and outdoor areas. I have a German Shepherd Alaskan Malamute Mix dog and two cats. The dog is crate trained and the cats keep mostly to my room.

There are two rooms available. Upstairs there is a furnished with queen bed and a shared bathroom.

Downstairs there is an unfurnished room with a private bathroom.

20 something professional females. Quiet, clean, keep to ourselves for the most part but will have a wine night or hang out session from time to time.

Our ideal roommate is responsible with bills, works outside of the home (any shift), is clean, and is pleasant to be around. Proof of income is REQUIRED. Male or female welcome
