28yo gal looking for a new roommate (girls/gays/theys only please)!! INSANELY spacious, RENT STABILIZED, 2 bed / 2 bath in Clinton Hill on Ryerson & Myrtle.
HUGE bedroom available with 2 in-room closets, your own full bathroom, in-unit dishwasher, in-unit washer/dryer, 7ft windows in every room, and 2 communal storage closets. Literally 20ft from bus stops that take you to downtown BK and WillyB, 10 minute walk to the G, 15 minute walk to the C, and 15 minute walk to the ferry at the BK Navy Yard.
I’m really friendly, have no pet allergies, and am a neat, respectful and positive roommate!! I do craft, so there’s likely going to be a flower pot drying on the bar cabinet from time to time ☺️ (also excuse my sniffles in the video, I just got back from the ferry)!!
Need to resign the lease by 1/31 to lock into another year of preferential rent, which I have until 2027 for this unit. $1,850/month, we’re responsible for internet, electric and gas (gas is really cheap). Move in date 2/29!!
