Small House to Share in Portsmouth, NH
Current tenant looking for a roommate to share a small two bedroom one bathroom house with boat access on a tidal creek in Portsmouth. Utilities are not included. Monthly rent is $1200.00/month and is due on the first of every month.
I am not the landlord and rent and utilities are nonnegotiable. Preference will be given to those who are able to help out around the property to keep rent down.
