I have an unfurnished room for rent in my 3 bdrm/2.5 ba, 2-story, 1500 sf home, with nice landscaping and outdoor living space in the back. Some features in the house include newer carpet, hardwood floors, custom tile, and fireplace. You would be sharing the house with two guys and sharing a bathroom with one. We have managed to maintain a chill vibe and drama free home environment. It is very quiet and peaceful. The home is smoke-free, kid-free, and animal-free.

The house is located in a nice neighborhood with parking in front of house. (one vehicle only) We are very close to shopping and 78/5 freeways. We are about 5 miles from the beach, downtown Carlsbad and close to Mira Costa College. Palomar College, and CSUSM.

The room for rent is 11' x 10' unfurnished and a shared full bath. There is a washer/dryer in garage. Rent is $1200, due on or before the 1st of the month, to includeall utilities. They are SDG&E, Wi-Fi, Water, and Trash. There is a refundable $1200 deposit (minus any cost for repairs, cleaning, painting, etc) with a 30 day written notice.

Outdoors we have a a nice backyard with a lemon tree, tropical plants, patio furniture, and bbq.

I am looking for someone who is CLEAN, quiet, respectful, financially stable (verifiable income), a non-smoker, and someone who has a full-time job, or a student with p/t job. No pets, smokers, drugs, couples, kids, or motorcycles...

Required for Move-in Approval:
A completed application, proof of income and employment, and a $1200 cash or cashier's check for security deposit. The rent of $1200 is due on the 1st of each month and/or upon move-in.
