Hey! I'm Sam, a 24 year old living in NYC and working in PR as a Recruiter. I've been in the city for a little over a year now and am looking for my next place to live.
I currently live in Murray Hill in a super small two bedroom with my older sister, but she is looking to move out to live alone and I am ready for a bigger space but not quite ready to live alone!
A little about me:
-I go into the office 3 days a week, so I won't be home very often during the day.
-I like going out in the weekends and have a good group of friends in the city, but also enjoy a night in just as much.
-I'm pretty extroverted, but love my alone time, especially after a stressful work week.
-I've typically been good friends with my roommates, but that's not necessarily a deal breaker for finding someone.

Bedroom in 2 Bedroom Apartment in Murray Hill
Bedroom (in 2 bedroom) in Murray Hill available for lease from January-August 2023 with option to resign!
My roommate is moving out and I am looking for someone to sublet her bedroom in a 2 bedroom in Murray Hill from January-August.
The rent would be $1,500 with no brokers fee! We typically pay around $50 total per month for utilities plus WiFi. The bedroom includes an AC unit and can be replaced at any time if it breaks for free by management.
The apartment is two flights up on the third floor of a walk up and super close to all of the Murray Hill restaurants/bars, while still being on a quiet and safe street. You would be in the bigger room, which has plenty of space for a queen bed, desk, dresser, etc. There’s two windows that provide plenty of sunlight and a wardrobe included in the room. There is no laundry in the building but there are tons of laundromats nearby that will pickup and drop off your laundry for no extra cost!
We are less than a 5 minute walk to Grand Central (4/5/6, 7, MetroNorth) and have many bus stops and the ferry close by. This is truly the perfect location, with less than a 15 minute drive downtown or uptown, Brooklyn, and Queens.
