Near to the new NFL stadium, super conveniently located 10 mins from LAX airport, 5 mins drive from Culver City and 15 mins to Beverly Hills. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and safe, just one street block away from LaCienega and just blocks from the 405 Freeway, which allows for quick access to Santa Monica, Venice Beach, Westwood (UCLA) as well as Southbay and Long Beach.
