Currently, we are 2 clean professional and creative male roommates who like keeping things quiet (this won't be a party pad, sorry) to share a 4 bedroom apartment (in a 1 unit per floor/3 floor building). Common area and bathroom are kept minimalistic and clutter-free at all times (see photos). Living room Smart TV with Hulu, Netflix, Blu-ray, etc.
Newly re-gutted apartment in Bed-Stuy (Macdougal Street & Rockaway Avenue)
New hardwood floors in bedrooms and kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including dishwasher & microwave and all kitchen ware conceivable.
Common area with marble floor.
Central heating.

Safe and insanely quiet neighborhood.
Large ROOM 1 is street-facing so it has lots of bright sunlight throughout the day.
Large ROOM 2 has fire-escape access (a mini-terrace, basically).
Rooms fit a Full/Queen size bed and still have lots of available space.
Each room is $800 a month (DOES NOT INCLUDE UTILITIES, which average $60-$75 monthly, with high-speed WiFi).
Rooms are semi-furnished but can be cleared if requested.
