• The house was built from ground-up in the year 2017

• The room will be furnished with basic furniture

• You will share the bathroom & the common area with another roommate. I pick my tenants very carefully, so it is guaranteed that this person sharing the space with you is a respectful, well-to-do, drug\smoke-free, considerate individual.

AMENITIES:

• There is kitchen access, however in another house (10 seconds walk) I will provide you with a fridge & a microwave located in the common area.

• Laundry (once-a-week)

• Refundable Deposit is the monthly rent amount and is due prior to you moving in. It will be returned to you assuming there is no damage at the time of departure.

• Non-refundable deposit is $50. This is to have the room & the carpet professionally cleaned after your departure.

• Utilities (internet, water, AC) are included in the rent.

PETS:

• NO pet(s) is\are allowed.

LEASE LENGTH:

6-Month to 1 year (Negotiable)

• Loud music, party and over-night guest are prohibited.
