There is a small dog that lives in the apartment. However, the landlord will only allow one pet, so no other pets please, the dog (Rocky) is friendly, quiet, and very well trained. The apartment is located one block from the J - Z train Kosciuszko stop and is a short 15 min ride to lower Manhattan; there is plenty of transportation to get you where you need to go the apartment is a short walk to the Myrtle Ave M train, with the B46 and B38 bus a 143 ft from the apartment. There are multiple gyms in walking distance and places to shop, dine, and night spots to hang out. Available July 1st, first, last, and security needed to move in.
