Looking for a female roommate to take over 1 bedroom/1 bath (unfurnished) in top (3rd) floor condo. The move date is flexible, but ideally, July 1st, or earlier. The lease ends until July 2022.

The recently painted bedroom is very spacious (12 x 11), fitting a queen size bed, dresser, and side table, with room to spare. The large walk-in closet has tall ceilings with built in organizers. The private bathroom is brightly lit with a tall ceiling, fan, massive mirror, spacious counter top and large under sink storage area. The shower/tub combo has great water pressure with beautiful wall accents. I have a video of the room and closet, if needed. Both are bigger than the pics show. Monthly Utilities include: high speed internet/Hulu/Netflix, gas and electric (none are included in rent). Water is included in rent.
Close to Brown, Red & Blue Line. The area is very safe, attracting active individuals/families to the enormous Horner Park, which is directly across the street. The park provides a great track for running/biking/walking, tennis courts, & baseball fields. This is an ideal location, close to the expressways (I-90), Wrigley Field, Downtown, and the suburbs. Marianos, Jewel, Wholefoods are very close by. As well as multiple, gyms, bars, restaurants, parks, etc.
