A room will be available in our homey 3BD/1BA Ridgewood apartment with a move-in of June 1st.

AVAILABLE UNFURNISHED ROOM ($800 + $100 flat utilities/mo): 10' x 8', fits a full bed, a desk, and a small amount of surplus furniture. A queen bed also fits — but it would be snug! The room’s medium-sized window overlooks the interior of the apartment complex and gets direct light over the course of the day. There’s also a closet with overhead storage.

All transport is 2-3 blocks away, and this apartment is on the first floor after a small flight of steps. There’s an open living room and kitchen concept with two windows and modern appliances, including central heat and air. Location is in the heart of Ridgewood, quiet neighborhood and only a 15-min walk from Bushwick.

ABOUT THIS LISTER
Olivia (25yo) + Lindsey (31yo) are both working professionals, who frequently cook, bake, play music + are diligent about keeping a clean apartment and communal area. We also have another roommate (Opal), a sweet calico cat. We keep quiet hours during the work week after 11pm, and Olivia works from home.

ABOUT OUR IDEAL ROOMMATE
A queer/queer-friendly working adult, who cares about keeping a tidy/quiet space to recharge after long work days. We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional pets in our home. We keep a drug-free house but do drink on occasion, and smoking outside would be fine.
