Hi!
My name is Emily and my roomate Taeva Cohen and I are looking for a female to join our three bed two bathroom spacious apartment. We have updated applicances and an in unit w/d, in addition to a huge storage closet and big living room and kitchen space. The individual coming into this room could pay $1600 for the room itself, or could pay $1825 for the room plus a covered garage space. If you don’t want the space, we’ll probably sell it.
The apartment comes with a private balcony and a large shared deck space on the roof with an incredible view of the city. We are located in a PRIME location directly next to Loco, and since our apartment is in the back of the budiling we never hear noise from the street on West Broadway. We are close to so many boutiques and home needs stores like CVS and Wallgreens, in addition to a 10 min walk to the redline.
We live with one mini poodle who is a service dog that works with me (Emily) at Boston Childrens Hospital. I’ll attach a photo of her here. Teava works at a local med spa. We are working professionals who enjoy hanging out together but also have our own time too whenever we need. We both really enjoy being social, going to art fairs and shopping, and pasta! We are 420 & LGBTQ+ friendly here.
