Hi! My name is Kevin and I’m looking for a lease starting late May/early June. I studied physics at the University of Chicago and have spent the last two years in New York working in quant finance. I’m currently working from home, but will likely be back in the office by end of summer.

I really enjoy the city, and on the weekends like to explore new places and try new restaurants! I also like cooking, board games, running, and playing piano. (I have an electric piano that takes headphones, so hopefully noise shouldn’t be an issue.)
