Room in Lakeview available July 1 - need to sign lease asap!

I’m looking for a female roommate in her 20s to join me and a male roommate in a 3 bed, 1.5 bath in Lakeview. We have lived here for 2.5 years and absolutely love it. We are looking to sign a year lease starting July 1.

The apartment is on the top floor of three floor walk up conveniently located at the corner of Roscoe and Sheffield. We have multiple living spaces, a balcony and in unit laundry. The available room is connected to the dining room, has great natural light and a large closet. It is a steal for the location and amount of space!

Since my roommate and I both work from home, we are looking for a woman in her 20s who has a similarly quiet and focused schedule during the week. However, you can definitely find us hanging out in the shared spaces in the evening, and taking advantage of the neighborhood on the weekend. :)

The 12 month lease starts July 1, but want to sign something this week since our third person just backed out.
