I'm trying to help my current roommate fill my place since our lease is up at the end of January and I'm moving closer to work in Forth Worth. It's a very new and upscale apartment complex with all the amenities you could want including two swimming pools, a club house (pool table/shuffle board/Flatscreens/BBQs/virtual golf) and multiple areas for dogs. The apartment itself has high ceilings, is quite spacious and has new appliances. You'll have your own shower and bathroom attached to a walk-in closet. In addition, the place is already furnished for the most part, and I'll even include the bed frame that I bought less than a year ago if you'd like. As for my roommate, he's in his mid-20s, is very respectful and friendly, and is better about keeping the place clean than I am (which is saying something). I honestly wish I could stay considering it's such a great place and not far at all from downtown.
