Hello, the room is a medium one with a big window. Fits a full-size bed, TV, table with chair, big closet, stand bed, and more. The rented room is unfurnished (the pics are furnished so you can have an idea what can you put in). We are 2 male roommates (in our 30s) and a dog that spends 90% of the time inside the roommate’s room and very rarely in the living room: full kitchen, living room space, 1 bathroom. The apartment is in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, just across the street from the 8th Ave N Express train subway. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood, 2 blocks from the Rite Aid pharmacy, the 3 Guys From Brooklyn Supermarket, and a laundromat. Utilities go between the roommates, each one around $60 - $75 (gas, electricity, internet) Rent is $850, and the security deposit is $700 Important note: the security deposit you get back when you leave and ask the new roommate to pay a security deposit for you, because the landlord will never give it to us back unless all the roommates in the apt leave together at the same time)
