Just bought a home in the northern Phoenix area I’m originally from Pennsylvania, looking for a clean roommate male or female. 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house. One bathroom is attached to my master bedroom. Both bathrooms have a shower. 1 of the 3 bedrooms is currently converted into a home office that I would be open to sharing if you also need the space or work from home. Pool out back and turfed backyard. Grill on the back patio, firepit, washer and dryer in unit. Large pantry. Spacious kitchen with a lot of counter and cabinet space. I do have a cat named “nugget” and she does shed, I do my best to stay on top of it. Please contact me with any questions you may have. Open to starting on a month to month or 6 month lease to begin.
