I love growing plants, cooking, thrifting, organizing, cleaning, and the occasional craft project. Having an inviting space is critical for me, so I like to keep it very clean and neat. I want a roommate who is also clean & tidy and values respect and communication. The occasional project/craft is fine, but just not constant messes & chaos. I have cats that are very well-mannered and super affectionate. No destructive issues. I run two HEPA air filters (one in my BR, other in living room) and I promise that you would not know I had cats unless you saw them. I’m a really mellow roommate and the apartment is always quiet and peaceful and I love it like that. It would be perfect for a student or someone else with a mellow lifestyle. I don’t drink much or smoke much and I’d prefer someone who also doesn’t often either.

Large bedroom in GORGEOUS 2 bedroom apartment with VIEWS
Good sized bedroom with big windows and large closet for rent with cool roommate in GORGEOUS Tigard 2BR/1BA apartment. Unit is on upper floor, South-facing and the sky is always stunning at sunrise & sunset. In-unit laundry, well-appointed kitchen, private balcony with BBQ and vaulted ceiling in living room. I’ve purchased an AC unit for the upcoming summer. Complex has pool, fitness center, Amazon lockers, and is peaceful and quiet.
