Looking for a person to sublet a bedroom in my 2 Bedroom Apartment. I am an actor who also works in the service industry. My work schedule varies week to week but I do spend my time at home most days. I also tape my auditions at home which will require some communication and collaboration in understanding.

I mainly work on auditions during the day, so a person with a NON REMOTE job might be best suited. I do not have company over often, but when I do it's rare and 1-2 friends. Obviously it is your space as well, but there will be communication on guests as well!

I cook and clean, and take pride in the apartment, so understanding the space and respecting common areas are required. Basically normal Roommate rules should apply, and am always open to discuss ways to cohabitate better!I work from home half of the time and work events on a schedule that varies week to week. The living room is furnished and a common area. The building has 3 elevators and we are on the 7th floor, so the walk up and down is not the worst. Laundry is in the basement, and Ive felt good and safe enough to leave clothes during the washing/drying process and set a timer so I don't create lag between people wanting to use. There are 26 floors in the building, tallest building in the area, which means our 7th floor has a decent view looking uptown.
