The apartment is a 2 bed, 2 bath, open plan kitchen/breakfast area and a large living room with a space divider for a third bedroom.
Please note the room available is the third room, hence the lower price, but its still spacious (room for double bed and storage), private and has an amazing view.
We are both professionals in our late 20's, just met through spareroom, looking for another roommate to socialize and live in a clean space with. Both always down for watching sports and going out for drinks.
