Room is the master with ensuite bathroom, a queen bed and lamp. There is a covered patio, a bike rack, ceiling fan, a small dog park and a Riverfront Park just across Fowler. It is near a bus stop. I am easy to live with, really enjoy having a roommate with little or as much interaction as you would want. Pets welcome.
