1 Bedroom w/ bath of a 2 bed 2 bath apartment
Good size room with your own bathroom. Apartment is kept clean and is fully stocked with my furniture and appliances (except the room for rent). The complex has a gym, tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pool and indoor and outdoor jacuzzi! Look up the Preserves at Forbes Creek for more info! The apartment is on the 3rd floor so it is very quiet and comes with vaulted ceilings which make it feel more spacious and open. Ive been living here solo for 3 months and love it- I'd just like to fill the 2nd room to get a break on rent.. Looking for someone to be good friends with! Im extremely outgoing and outdoorsy.
