My roommate and I are looking for a third roommate in our three bedroom house in the Indianapolis area!
My name is Carey and I live with my other roommate Loretta and my cat Oscar. I am 23 years old and currently enrolled in an online law program at Ivy Tech and studied for my undergrad in English at the University of Indianapolis. I have lived at this location for the past 2 years as well. I am a very social person, but can always respect anyone’s want for alone time in their own space as well! I love reading, reality tv and spending time with family and friends. My cat Oscar is an old man, but he is still very affectionate and chatty! That being said, he can learn to respect boundaries if someone is not a fan of cats! In order to keep communal space as tidy as possible, his litter box is in my room if that is a concern as well. My (and potentially your!) other roommate Loretta is an international student from Ghana and she is studying nursing at Ivy Tech! Loretta also works at an ice cream shop, close to IUPUI’s campus. Loretta has been my roommate for the past year and she is one of the sweetest people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. I have said time and time again that living with Loretta is like living with a Disney princess come to life!

Affordable room available for students!
The room available is in an already furnished home a five minute walk away from the University of Indianapolis campus. This means it is also a somewhat short drive to reach the Indianapolis Ivy Tech Campus and IUPUI’s campus! Our landlord does prefer that the space is occupied by a student! The house is located in relatively safe residential area. The room itself is relatively spacious and has a large amount of closet space, but is unfurnished. There is full kitchen, bathroom and an already furnished living room in the home, as well as a washer and dryer. The house does have central heating and air conditioning. Additionally, while there is no reserved parking or garage, there is always available fee parking in front of the home. Though the communal spaces are furnished because I have lived here for the past 2 years, you are more than welcome to bring items and decor for the communal living spaces if you would like! I am more than open to collaboration!
