I'm at work Monday - Friday and usually gone from 9 am - 7pm. I'm usually around on the weekends but generally keep to myself. I like to play guitar but I'm terrible and very courteous of how much noise I'm making. I'm almost always playing with headphones. Very easy going and laid back and can get along with anyone. I love watching hockey and baseball normally, and movies occasionally on weekends. I usually cook for myself but not anything crazy and I always do my dishes the night of. I'm generally in bed around 11 to midnight each night, but a little later on the weekends. I like to keep the place somewhat clean, but I'm not perfect. I'll usually do a big clean up on the weekends if it gets too bad.

Luxury Apartment
A little under 1000 sq ft, right next to the 101. Has one tandem parking space and 1.5 bathrooms. You'll have your own bathroom but we have to share the shower. Rooms are on opposite ends of the apartment. Wifi is fast. AC is great and we have a nest to control the temperature remotely using our phones. Lease is month to month. Building has a very small gym. Balcony is overlooking back alley/wall to the 101 and is more private than the other balconies in the building. Neighbors are quiet and easy going. Dumpster is downstairs as well as laundry machines.
