Hi im Shantee, I'm in my early 30's I’m a pretty social/friendly person. I love to go out and explore when I'm not working or chillen at home. I do host friends at the apartment from time to time, but not too frequently. I’m a pretty easy going person but also straight forward and I try to keep the apartment super clean. I do have a little Yorkie who's here sometimes he's about 5 pounds if that.... he doesn't shed and is super friendly. I don't mind other pets but dogs would be preferable. With all of that being said ... I’d like to find someone who’s somewhat similar. I’d like this to be a home of comfortably, A place where we both can be ourselves and have fun, but are RESPECTFUL and considerate to one another, Someone who is communicative/friendly So that there wouldn’t be any issues. It’s a beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom, you have your own private bath and we share the living room and kitchen. the room is a decent size and can fit a full bed easily with dresser. It’s a 4th floor walk up, and there’s plenty of parking on our block. There’s a park directly across the street which is pretty cool. And there are lots of shops, supermarkets, bars, laundromats and restaurants all within walking distance from the apartment, this neighborhood is pretty amazing and lively and there's lots to do. You're also 8 mins from the Barclay's center. Access to the LIRR and multiple train lines are also within walking distance. It's a really central location and you can pretty much get to anywhere you wanna go from here easily within a short time. Rent is $1249 plus utilities which are about 65-70 monthly.
