I'm a recent grad from Ohio with a full time job as the Band Director at Eminence Community Schools. I'm a social guy who likes to keep the apartment clean and looking nice. Available Room for Rent
Bedroom at Stafford Pointe
At $505 a month/person, the apartment is a steal. Stafford Pointe has tons of amenities including a pool, clubhouse with free coffee, gym, and more. I'm looking for someone to stay until at least august 2025 but open to talking about lease dates. I'd like to meet any interested parties in person first to see if it's a good fit. I've got everything we need for the common area, but whatever you'd like to bring is welcome. There's also a foosball table and mini fridge in the living area.
