The available room has its own closet and can comfortably fit a double bed plus a desk.

The apartment is furnished but the room is not (there's an optional mattress for sale).

Conveniently located near the Silver and #1 bus lines (to downtown and Cambridge), it's also a short walk to the Orange line and 5 minutes from BMC. For food lovers, the building is right above Seiyo sushi and a Chinese restaurant. Plus, there's a variety of other restaurants nearby.

No broker fee. One month security deposit required. Building requires $300 move-in fee (can be shared with outgoing tenant on 9/1)
