Available Room for Rent
Tranquil, spacious stylish apartment. $970 1 bedroom, shared bath
One bedroom and shared bathroom available now in a tranquil, spacious apartment in Mid-City (Arlington Heights) with two professional women roommates and a little dog.
The place is close to everything: freeways, gyms, stores (Ross, Ulta, Bath & Body Works), grocery stores, & art galleries. Koreatown, West Hollywood, West Adams, and downtown are all 15 minutes or less away.
In general, it’s a quiet, calm, chill environment during the week. We all have to be up in the morning but we understand sometimes you have to unwind. 420 friendly.
The entire apartment is stylish and airy. Laminate flooring, lots of windows and plenty of natural light. In its entirety, its 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom space on the 2nd floor, with a shared front yard with huge beautiful cacti and plenty of safe streets to walk around.
The spot has a good-sized balcony that overlooks the Hollywood sign. Massive living room with L-shape comfy leather couch. An open-style, large kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, dishwasher and a In-Unit Washer & Dryer.
About the room we're renting:
-$970/month+ utilities. Internet is about $37 per month, other utilities (gas & electric) are billed bi-monthly. Total utilities typically do not exceed $80 per month (depending on usage).
-No cats, please
-Large, with AC, overhead fan, recessed lighting and a small walk-in closet.
-You'll be sharing a nice bathroom (with a tall ceiling and skylight) with a courteous woman who works 8am to 6pm at an office job and who is often away on weekends.
-Please have great credit and pass a credit check (or have a co-signer) with the management company.
- We prefer you don't work from home and don't have a pet but we're flexible for a person that's the right fit and is tidy.
-We would love someone who is tidy.
The other roommate works from home and is committed to keeping the apartment clean and fresh-smelling on a daily basis. She owns a 17lb, 10 year old dog that is sweet, quiet and loves belly rubs.
Looking for a January 1st move-in but we are flexible (a move-in prior to or after January 1st available).
