BEAUTIFUL PRIVATE BEDROOMS AVAILABLE This place is in a nice quiet and peaceful area. The neighborhood is always clean and full of nice friendly neighbors. Guaranteed! The neighbors are very nice.

All The rooms will come with free TV and Amazon Fire TV Sticks to use under Guest Profiles for YouTube and other stuff. There is also a game room with a PlayStation and a Wii with lots of games to play, and an exercise bike. Along with board games and books to enjoy. Kitchen is available for cooking and using 24/7. Dining room is available 24/7. Bathroom is shared and cleaned every day, and accessible needs like soap, towels, lotion, body wash, and toiletries are included. Laundry room is also available to use with detergent, softener, and dryer sheets included. There's also a Non-Alcoholic bar stand with two comfy and adjustable barstools for you to enjoy. You'll be expected to take care and clean your own room.

There are two bedrooms available to rent. The Main bedrooms are $700/month, the bunk beds will be removed, unless requested to keep the bunk beds if you have kids. These bedrooms are nice and modern and includes a deluxe twin size bed with sheets, blankets, and covers, HD TV, three drawer dresser, dresser lamp, laundry hamper, mini trash can, and standard closet with included hangers, an additional dresser will be available by request if you need another one.

The master bedroom has been officially sold as of 6/26/2022.
