We have a room for rent available in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in Alexandria, VA. My boyfriend and I share the master bedroom and we are seeking roommate to take over the remainder of the lease from our former roommate. We are a chill couple (ages 29 and 26) who work during the day into the late evening. We have a kitten so please like/tolerate cats. She's still learning her manners so make sure to shut your door if you don't want to find her napping on your stuff! Landlord allows cats and dogs. Cats preferred but dogs accepted. We are seeking a roommate who is respectful of each others belongings and is fairly tidy.

Room for Rent in 3 bedroom, 2 bath house in Alexandria
THE ROOM:
A spacious room for rent in a 3 bedroom house is available for rent. The initial lease will be 6 months, ending December 15, 2020 with the potential to extend. We have lived here since December, 15, 2018 and would love to renew the lease if things work out.
The room is large enough to fit a king size bed with a full wardrobe, nightstand, tv stand and large television with room to spare and a large closet. The bathroom is unattached in the downstairs area of the house.
THE HOUSE:
The house is a split level house with plenty of space. We have living room and dining room furniture. The kitchen is a decent size. There is a little backyard - not fenced in. A couple (ages 26 and 29) is sharing the master bedroom and bath. They are mellow and fairly tidy.
COMMUTE:
We live conveniently close to the Rose Hill Shopping Center. I-495 and the Huntingdon Metro are a short 5-10min drive away. We also are on the 310 Fairfax County Busline
PETS:
Pets are allowed. Currently, we have a kitten. Please be cat friendly or cat tolerant. If you don't to find her napping on your stuff you will need to keep your door closed as we are still working to teach her some manners! We would prefer additional cats as pets but the property management company does allow dogs as well. Pets require an additional security deposit.
