20 x 20 Room: This is the largest room in the house. It has a gorgeous view of the back yard and faux tea house. It has built in storage cabinets and shelves. It has a large wardrobe not seen in the photos. Floors are stained concrete. 9-foot ceilings and ceiling fan.

BATHROOM: The bathroom has two sinks. You will have your own sink and storage areas. There is a separate room for toilet and shower, so three people could share the bathroom all at once.

FOOD SPACE: We each have our own food shelves. You will share an entire fridge/freezer with one other person (not three others) and have designated shelf spaces.

PARKING: Uncovered, driveway parking. We also have a gated and locked side patio for bicycles. Parking is assigned

CHORES: You will need to clean up after yourself, take out the trash and recycling as needed taking turns with the other roommates. You will also be assigned the task of caring for the pool, along with Kris.

MONTHLY LEASE TERMS: Rent for six months then monthly after that. *There are two times of the year that you are restricted from moving out: April-July 25 and Dec-Jan 15 of any year. These times are difficult to find new roommies. I set this restriction to make it less stressful for me during these times. Otherwise you are welcome to move out anytime with a 30 day notice.

DEPOSIT: $1100 refundable deposit RENT: $1000/month Admin fee: $100 Credit check fee $25 - must have credit score 680+ If you move in, there will be a professional lease for you to sign and you'd pay rent using a rental portal/website.

PETS: Sorry, no pets allowed

AIDA: She received a PhD in Launguage at ASU and is currently working as managment an interpretation company. She is in her early 50's, outgoing, nice and responsible.

KRIS: Kris is 43, just finishing up his Ph.D in Education. His focus is helping students in the margins of society attend college. Kris loves to cook and has all sorts of neat cooking gadetry. He also loves camping. He is nice, funny, and responsible.

MOHAMMED: Mohammed is 30yrs old, in the middle of his Ph.D in electrical engineering. He is from Iran. He is nice, mellow, hardworking, and often works from home.

ME: I am the owner of the house who lives about 10 minutes away. I have lived there for over 14 years and I still use the garage as my storage space. I am at the house frequently but usually just to do chores, maintenance, drop off or pick up supplies from the garage. So I pop in and out, but not really living there. I was a professional artist but now I love to take care of my properties and my tenants.
