Room available for Spring Semester next to USF!
This property is perfect for USF students or anyone who wants to live in a central location, with a 2-minute walk to campus and a 3-minute walk to the 5 bus stop. It’s also just an 8-minute walk to the grocery store, Lucky’s, a 10-minute walk to Golden Gate Park, and 15 minutes to Haight Street. The house includes a free washer and dryer, a living room, a kitchen, a shared backyard, and 1 bathroom.
One of the rooms is available while I study abroad! I have decorated it and can leave the furniture for your use, but you’re welcome to redecorate it however you like. We are big on self-expression in this house. You’ll be sharing the living room, backyard, washer and dryer, kitchen, and bathroom with my 3 amazing roommates. We’re all full-time students, so we’re often in and out, which gives plenty of space for alone time.
