F and G at subway at Carroll Street are 10 minurte walk. Great access to red hook restaurant, waterfront and all of Carroll Gardens.

I am a single dad and have my son 1/2 time so apartment is half time just myself. I WFH during the day and work at night on broadway. Looking for a quiet, respectful roommate.
